Mrs. Oana Bârna, the editor in charge of the series “Autobiographies, Memoirs, Journals” published by Humanitas tells me that the Romanian edition of Lewis’s autobiography (Surprised by Joy) is due to be published this spring.
Since the book will be put out quite soon, I think it is fit to publish here the “Translator’s Note” from the Romanian edition.
